Here is Boris Johnson's Leader Of The House Rees Mogg conducting himself like a complete idiot at a moment of great peril when his government was facing defeat and as leader of the house, he needed to be rallying his troops, getting them to stay in line. No wonder, 21 Conservative MPs rebelled, ensuring parliament took over complete control of its agenda and turning Johnson into a toothless PM.. Now I believe that the character of a man is shown by the type of company he keeps. Rees-Mogg is a buffoon and that tells you what his boss is.
