{UAH} Some level of crime is really disturbing

Dr. Owor Kipenji

The social conditions in Uganda might appear to be normal but deep
down it is very worrying.

A father somewhere in Busoga went to a home where his former wife
married picked his son he had with the woman, killed and mutilated the
body in what appears to be ritual murder!

Are Ugandans suffering from epidemic hysteria? What is it?

How do you define this condition in medical circles and what can be
the consequences of such a condition given to what we have been
reading about murder, kidnap and self kidnap

There is story of a family where one of the daughters kidnapped her
dad. The dad has been missing for four month until the siblings went
to out the media and then police found the dad but i rather very bad
shape.
