Just As It Did In The Pinochet Case In 1999 When It Ruled That No Head Of State Anywhere In The World Has Immunity From Prosecution For Heinous Crimes Such As Genocide, War Crimes And Crimes Against Humanity, And That Any Properly Constituted Court In The World Has A Right To Try Any offender Irrespective Of Where The Alleged Atrocities Were Committed, A Precedent Now Accepted As An International Law Principle, And Enshrined In The Statutes Of The International Criminal Court, , This Time The Court Is Also Setting A Precedent For The Whole World- That Parliament Has Sovereign Rights That Can Not Be Overridden By the Executive And That The Rule Of Law Is Supreme In All Democratic Societies.
