I hope this is not the official FDC policy on the Rwandan Question in Uganda. My personal view is that we should separate Rwandan criminals from people of Rwandan origin. I will severely punish and  expel all Rwandan criminals from Uganda, but peaceful people of  Rwandan origin are free to live in Uganda and to regularise their citizenship. I will only make one demand of any Rwandan who wants to be a citizen- that they completely abandon aggression and terror as a way of life. Rwandans like Tony Owana and my own nieces and nephews are now our flesh and blood  and must be allowed to stay with us so long as they abide by the demand to eschew aggression and terrorism and abide by the laws of civilised behaviour.

"""""""""""""""''"''"'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''"In the near Future Uganda is going to face a problem of Rwandese. Rwandese have become a serious problem for the indigenous Ugandans. The first mistake that was made was to put Rwandan in the Uganda's Constitution, doing so has made them think they are part of us.

They have got a chance to join the Uganda institutions including the banking, public, private and security organs. Since there joining and taking over power, this has caused the indigenous Ugandans suffer because of them, a lot of the indigenous Ugandans like Baganda in wakiso, mukono, mubende, Nakasongola, Kampala, Luwero, Nakaseke and Mpigi have been evicted unlawfully by these Rwandese from there land because they now have guns and money. How can an indigenous Ugandan start suffering in the hands of Foreigners / refugees that were once welcomed by them with open hands?

The once vulnerable rwandese resorted to killing the ingenious Ugandans with the aim of keeping power to them selves the likes of Joan Kagezi, Kirumira, kawesi. Abiriga and so on, Ugandans is you failing to understand this, u are going to face a serious challenge in a near time.

I am asking why were Rwandese legalized to be part of Ugandans? Unlike Rwanda. Rwanda has never legalized Uganda. In which region do Rwandese come from as i can say Baganda come from Buganda, Basoga from Busoga and Banyoro from Bunyoro, Banyankole from Ankle and so on. Where do rwandese come from?

We have had a lot of Kenyans, Tanzanians, Congolese and Somalis not legalized as one of the Uganda's tribe but instead the legalized Rwandese!!! You have to be suspicious about these issues u the original Ugandans.

Rwandese come from Rwanda not Uganda. Its like saying Ugandans come from Rwanda! does that make sense? The constitution needs to be revisited. Rwandese shall have to pass through a process like any refugee or foreigner to acquire Ugandan's citizenship. Rwandese are not part of Ugandans.

Obote in 1960z had foresaw the problem of having Rwandese in ugandabecause they had started waging wars from and within Uganda attacking Rwanda and some attacking Uganda. This is where Obote had decided to bring in a law to stop these refuguee from joining any public office in Uganda after sighting the violence they held in there hearts. Rwandese violence started in the late 1960z. Obote had foresaw and am not surprised to see these mass killings taking place. Rwandese are responsible
