{UAH} UGANDA: Everything is corrupt in the country

YOSERI RUBATASIRWA KAYIBANDA AKA KAGUTA MUSEVENI: CORRUPTION'S POSTER BOY.

Chinese fixer Patrick Ho Chi-Ping, seen here holding hands with Rwandan outlaw Yoseri Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni has been sentenced to jail for three years by an American court for corruption at the United Nations. Mr Ho was found by the Court to have bribed several African heads of state, including Idris Debby of Chad and Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni of Uganda. Idris Debby was reportedly given $1,000,000 while the Rwandan outlaw's share in the corrupt deal was a $500,000.

Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni later claimed he thought the money was a donation by Mr Ho to be used for charitable purposes, even though Mr Ho delivered the money personally to him at an official party. Mr Ho, in typical mafia style, packed Rubatasirwa Kayibanda's dollar notes in gift-wrapped boxes to look like christmas presents. Rubatasirwa Kayibanda did not open the boxes so as to reveal to guests the presents inside as is the norm, and for a good reason as it later transpired.

Kayibanda Rubatasirwa Museveni is by virtue of this development a fugitive from American justice. He and his road runner and middleman Sam Kutesa are also in violation of Ugandan foreign currency laws and Penal Code relating to Financial Crimes such as Corruption, Fraud, Abuse Of office etc, felonies for which we will put the two Rwandan criminals on trial at an appropriate time in the near future.
