The Reason You Didn’t Hear About Friday’s Mass Shooting In Mobile, Alabama

On Friday, a 17-year-old boy opened fire on a crowd at a football game in Mobile, Alabama.

10 people were injured and the shooter has now been charged with nine counts of attempted murder after he turned himself into police on Saturday morning.

The reason you have not heard about this shooting, while your cable news channel of choice’s schedule has been rearranged to cover the latest mass shooting in Texas on Saturday, is simple.

And its sickening.

Deangelo Parnell, the 17-year-old gunman, who no doubt is just as confused and potentially mentally ill and driven by antisocial hatred and perhaps even radical ideology…is black.

So why would the media bother with a shooting that doesn’t at all fit their “white supremacist” shooter narrative?
