{UAH} WHAT BIGIRIMAANA SHOULD DO IF....

Assuming Justice Ministry Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimaana is desperately seeking a USA visa, there is an easy way which I have dubbed the Okungu Visa. 

Some ten years ago, Dr. Okungu was netted by UPDF in the Congo jungles along with several ADF rebel soldiers. He explained that he had been going to America via Kenya but lost his way and ended up in DR Congo!!!

He was taken to Military Intelligence in Kampala and on release reported finding these at CMI.

Interrogation by a full-grown Nile crocodile holding the UPDF rank of Major; a puff adder which was a Captain and a swarm of bees sharing the rank of Lieutenant!!!!

He was swiftly granted the visa to save him from a likely repeat of this ordeal.

I wonder whether Mighty USA considered honoring UPDF as the first army to commission members of the animal kingdom into its officer corps!!

If Mr. Bigirimaana is really desperate to enter TrumpLand let him know that for the US gatekeepers at Nsambya, the Okungu Visa is guaranteeeeeed!
