In Country Like Uganda Where Less Than 1% Of The Population Has Any Savings Or Pensions To Talk About,  And Where There Is No Social Welfare Available To Cater For Old People, A Majority Of Ugandans  Are Staring At A Bleak Future Of Absolute Poverty And Destitution.
