What do you make of this illegal action by Kayibanda Rubatasirwa's minion? Surely Bosmic Otim has a right to earn a living, just like any other human being. And surely the good  people of Kitgum have a right to choose which entertainer they want to patronise, without a need for any big brother to choose for them?
