Suggestion; Uganda has millions of her citizens in the diasporas like
Uganda North America Association. Moblise these legal association into
investor Exchange Trade Funds to investment in their own cities. Such
associations can raise in the region of US $ 300-500 million dollars.

Can Uganda Diasporas borrow Uganda government money to develop Local
Government urban infrastructure utility network?

How are Ugandans and the Uganda diasporas utilising global political
and financial uncertainty to gain a leverage in their countries
industrial, financial and exchange-traded fund?

Have your say
