Here is living proof of why you must tell your benefactor Kayibanda Rubatasirwa to end his declared genocide on Ugandan dogs. You can be abandoned by the entire human race, like this unfortunate chap, but your dog will never abandon you. It will stand by you up to the bitter end. Tell Rubatasirwa and his mistress Betty Kamya, so-called Minister of Kampala, that I plan to open a shelter for all the abandoned or stray dogs of Kampala, to provide a home for them.
