Why do you want to invest in Kampala?
One acres in the Kampala central division goes for over 1 billion plus
annual lease fees.
In Kabale, Koboko or Nakaseke you can get tens of acres.
For a commercial or hotel you can lease out, you need 1/4 an acre.
Why do you mind Museveni and his people- they can't be in Uganda
government forever. In fact I love Museveni's complex since it means
those who have stolen and can't pay will have to throw what they have
to the market.
It is already happening.
