{UAH} Real Estate Structure & Cultural patterns

How many Indians (Asians), Americans, European will rent a house in
Gayaza, Sissa, Jomayi. Since these real estate are not organised as
it is in Kenya with utilities and amenities, they can not attract high
end clients.


If these real estates are in Jinja City, Gabba, or around lake
Victoria , Entebbe , Garugga there are high chances of occupancy.

Culturally Indians the biggest group of Asians in Uganda live in the
city and/or small Towns like Wobulenzi where they have their
businesses.

Real Estates in Kamwokya, Ntinda , Nakasero are not doing so badly!
