Old Fart Yoseri Kayibanda Ruitbasirwa Kayibanda AKA Kaguta Museveni Recently Claimed He Acquired His $12 Billion Dollar Empire Before He Became The So-Called President Of Uganda. He Also Made The Following Scandalous Statement:

But Here Is The Rwandan Thug With His Mistress Winnie Byanyima Visiting His Adoptive Father Kaguta after his mercenary forces called NRA conquered Uganda and established Rwandan occupation of the hapless East African country. The Kaguta Family Does Not Appear To Be Particularly Rich In This Picture.
