{UAH} The State, Institutions and Being African
The problem Uganda faces currently is institutional criminality - that
alone will break any future government and launch Uganda into a worst
situation than what it is today!
If Museveni is now fighting his NRM evils, before he leaves power -
give him support.
Institutional criminality has run the police, judiciary, government
ministries that are conduits for self enrichment and protection.
The battles raging on- with largely civilians fatalities caught up in
senseless criminality.
Uganda as any other African country deeply logged into cultural
perceptions can only change if there is a communist or military
authority.
On a whole Museveni has tried to balance the two with a typical Africa
spectacles encapsulated into massive state patronism, patriarchy
(uncle, senga, jajja, taata) aka corruption.
