Why has your boss and benefactor Rubatasirwa declared a new genocide- this time on dogs?  This type of barbarity and savagery is completely beyond human comprehension. Why poison a dog, instead of saving it, if it is stray?. Dogs have a right to life, just like human beings. Who  gave Rubatasirwa the right to murder dogs.? Please be aware that in most civliised countries in the world today, it is a very serious felony to mistreat or totrure a dog. Deliberately murdering a dog attracts a very substantial jail term. This is one area that we will revisit immediately once we end the Rwandan occupation of our country. I will  impose a Life Sentence on anyone who murders a dog.

These dogs were reportedly poisoned by Kampala Capital City Authority - KCCA in their operation against "stray dogs" around the City! The sight of these dead dogs is heartbreaking 💔. No matter the condition of these dogs, they shouldn't be murdered just because they pose a threat to humans. I am for animal rights.
