Judge In UK Orders Forced Abortion On Mentally Disabled Woman…But That’s Not Even The Worst Part

(Tea Party 247) – If you ever want to see what the US would look like if someone like Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren were to take the helm, look no further than the United Kingdom, where it seems like the government is auditioning their nation for the best real-life recreation of 1984…on steroids.

According to the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children, a high court in the UK has ordered that a woman with a cognitive impairment be subject to a forced abortion.

Even though she doesn’t want it.

And they’ve given the doctor permission to restrain her if necessary.

I ask you, what could possibly be more traumatic for this poor woman, giving birth, or being held down while her baby is ripped from her womb?!

SPUC reports:

The Court of Protection in London heard how an unidentified woman in her twenties, has the “mental capacity of a toddler” and is believed to be 12 weeks pregnant. The judge has ordered a surgical abortion to be performed on the woman later this week, after hospital bosses urged the court to authorize the termination.

Mr Justice Williams has ruled that medics can physically restrain the vulnerable woman, if necessary, in order to administer a general anesthetic and perform the abortion.

Police are investigating whether the woman’s pregnancy was caused by an act of sexual assault.

“This is an outrage which should shock every right-thinking person,” said SPUC’s Deputy Chief Executive John Deighan. “It is a level of cruelty and barbarity reminiscent of how people with mental health issues were treated in the 1930s of Nazi Germany. To force abortion on any person is abhorrent and to do so in the name of medicine calls into question the structures of law and justice in our society.”

This isn’t even the first recent case of a forced abortion being ordered by a judge. Just a few months ago, a judge ordered doctors to carry out a forced late-term abortion on a woman in spite of the fact that the woman’s mother was willing to care for the baby.

“I think [the pregnant mother] would suffer greater trauma from having a baby removed [from her care],” the judge in that case said in her initial ruling, according to Activist Mommy. “…it would at that stage be a real baby.”

“I think [the pregnant mother] would like to have a baby in the same way she would like to have a nice doll,” the judge also said, in a bigoted reference to the woman’s cognitive state.

“I am acutely conscious of the fact that for the State to order a woman to have a termination where it appears that she doesn’t want it is an immense intrusion,” the judge concluded. “I have to operate in [her] best interests, not on society’s views of termination.”

This decision was not met without firm resistance for decent people who recognize the sickening nature of it.

“When the case of forced abortion was overturned in June, SPUC raised serious questions regarding how such an inhumane ruling was ever made, and sought reassurance that it will never happen again,” said SPUC Campaign Research Officer Margaret Akers.

“Astonishingly, less than 5 months later another similar ruling has been made. What we are witnessing is the exploitation and abuse of vulnerable women with learning difficulties,” Akers continued. “Performing an abortion on any woman without consent is abuse of the worst kind imaginable. A woman understood to have the mental capacity of a toddler cannot consent to sex. we must demand answers as to how this vulnerable woman was ever placed in this situation and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.”

Folks, this wickedness must be met head-on! Not only must we pray for the Lord to work in these atrocities, we must stand up for the unborn who will be murdered and for mothers whose bodies will be so violently invaded at the mere tap of a gavel.

Forced abortion is an incredible evil, and it must be fought with incredible bravery. We must start by letting the world see the natural conclusion of systematic legalized abortion coupled with the horrors of state control over medical choices.

This is eugenics, the exact kind of practice that was prominent in Hitler’s Germany.
