{UAH} Uganda Diasporas- This Complex Network

Museveni and his NRM are besieged but that is wholly his sole business.

However, that can't stop the Uganda Diasporas to move and be part of a
big investor group. Here we have people in all shades of life streams
with vast experiences. Researchers are pouring huge resources they
solicit from their countries into this country for example.

Asians traders too - are massively investing into property using
exactly the same methods we are discussing here.

However there is no consolidation of Ugandans different diasporas into
effective beneficiaries from either of the above (Trade or Research).

UNAA members will not need to be in Uganda - no not all of them. They
can work with American or European firms and corporate bodies to
implement projects that they feel have interest into - as an
association of Ugandans. And that is beautiful!

Look at real estates. It is not difficult to acquire land and set up
residential facilities from which UNAA members can make good returns
on investment.

My work here that has pointed me into that direction. And it is also
good for saving but also pool Uganda diasporas professional expertise
into real economic and political activities.

I discovered that there is indeed areas where irrespective of state
stages of operation Uganda Associations once they know where their
bread and butter is, will consolidate into fully functional
associations, network with like minded Americans or Europeans both
corporate or individuals that can deliver something more tangible than
what we have seen so far.

One of my friend wrote a sociological thesis "This Complex Network" -
I keep reading this work again and again after almost 15 years.

Uganda Diasporas can own some of the biggest enterprises. Why?

When I landed here, after a long stay away, I started working with my
fellow country people in many different areas but got increasingly
dismayed with many issues.

I turned to foreigners; American, Europeans and this for the first
time in my life opened up my eyes to certain behavioral patterns,
managerial and organisational and other many new things, which I feel
Ugandan diasporas must embrace.

Uganda is a donation to Ugandans with all its attributes.

Let me give you an example. If your American or European friend are
researchers and he or she is interested in Uganda - who will be the
first contact person?

One person will lead you to another and another and the chain goes on
for ever. You just have to keep good behavoiur and constant contacts.

The rest I leave it to you

Bwanika.
