we have Lawyers and very good Lawyers in Europe and the USA. The
issues you mention are preciously why they should get involved in this
big diaspora investment group.

Experience, desire to return to a functioning state and much more are
good motivation.

You remember the debate we had about Nile power and UEB years ago in the 1990s.

One day I was invited at a high delegation party here in Kampala and
all of the sudden power went off never to return. What followed was a
discussion of how UEB was sold off by people who were actually in
attendance!

I watched the spectacle in bewilderment.
