Perhaps the Americans are not aware of your sanguine assessment  you gave a few days ago, that everything in Uganda is hunky dory, all thats going on at Makerere campus is just a charade or comic strip being acted out by paid thugs. You better hurry and tell the ambassador this assessment, less Abu Bakr al Bagdhadi's fate befalls your boss and benefactor Rubatasirwa.. Donald Trump does not seem to be  a very patient man.and we dont want you to be collateral damage as happened to Bagdhadi's 3 wives and 9 children who were all forced to meet Allah against their will.
