Ta debete was really interesting and thought it might be of interest to you fellow ugandans. 

A full Ambassador fails to explain the model of leadership that could spear head the country....what a waste of ugandan money that has been spent on him while in china. 

What has he learnt in china...to eat and graw a stomach and nothing logical copied to develope the country....

Ugandans its time up we get these guys out of office. Totally wasting our tax payers money.
