Rwandan Outlaw Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni is now firmly established in the pantheons of history as one of the most corrupt and graft-ridden tyrants Africa has known. Having surpassed Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler in brutality and skull count, Rubatasirwa is now far ahead of luminaries such as Mobutu Sese Seko in the corruption stakes. His middle name is now surely "corruption".

Rubatasirwa is believed to have stashed away $12.8 billion dollars in overseas off-shore accounts, mainly in The Canaries, using Israeli international money launderers, money stolen from Ugandan public coffers, international donor aid and from his criminal and racketeering activities.

Under Kayibanda Rubatasirwa corrupt and feral misrule,  Uganda has been turned into a gangster's paradise where corruption, graft, lawlessness and impropriety rule.

Four shocking  examples of Rubatasirwa's recent corruption scandals stand out:

 

1.     LOOT AND PILLAGE OF THE DR CONGO.

Rubatasirwa Kayibvand acquired a large chunk of his loot from the pillage of the DR Congo and related mercenary, gun for hire, human trafficking, extortion, racketeering and organized prostitution activities in the Great Lakes region. In the seminal REPARATION CASE DR CONGO V UGANDA the International Court of Justice, sitting in the Hague, ordered Uganda to pay the DR Congo reparations of $20 billion, a sum that has still not been paid and today stands at $40 billion, with compound interest. The court found that Rubatasirwa Kayibanda  had deployed his NRA Militia forces commanded by Kale Kaligula, Kahinda Otafirre, Salim Ahmed Salah and the late Kazini to supervise the loot and  pillage of the DR Congo.

2.     CORRUPTION AT THE UNITED NATIONS

 Notorious Chinese fixer Patrick Ho Chi-Ping was recently  sentenced to jail for three years by an American court for corruption at the United Nations. Mr Ho was found by the New York Court to have bribed several African heads of state, including Idris Debby of Chad and Kayibanda Rubatasirwa Museveni of Uganda. Idris Debby was reportedly given $1,000,000 while the Rwandan outlaw Rubatasirwa  was bribed for $500,000, while his middleman Sam Kutesa, who arranged the corrupt, deal got a commission of $500,000. Kayibanda Rubatasirwa Museveni later claimed he thought the money was a donation by Mr Ho to be used for charitable purposes, even though Mr Ho delivered the money personally to him at an official party, packed in gift-wrapped boxes to look like christmas presents, in typical mafia style, and in complete violation of Ugandan foreign currency laws.

3.    $5.9MILLION COW HIDE SCANDAL

 In order to cover up his alarming propensity to accept bribes by crooked  foreign companies and to  elude the Ugandan Inland Revenue Authorities,  Rubatasirwa Kayibanda claimed that he sold cow hides to China for $5.9 MILLION. Many discerning and alert Ugandans asked where Rubatasirwa Kayibanda found enough cows to supply hides worth $5.9 million when a hide is conservatively estimated to be worth $10? Where did Rubatasirwa Kayibanda get 5.9 million cows when a national census established that Uganda as a whole had 3 million cows? Rubatarsirwa kayibanda himself has only 300 cows in his kraal- and he was asking the Ugandan Inland Revenue Authority to believe that it is from this kraal of 300 cows that he supplied hides worth $5.9 million. This was a cock and bull story intended to hide the fact that he had been bribed by yet another Chinese fixer to the tune of $5.9 MILLION and supplying another fig leaf to cover it up became a very natural lie for his vagina shaped mouth to regurgitate.

4.    THEFT OF £30 MILLION  OF UK  AID MONEY DONATED FOR POVERTY ALEVIATION PROGRAMMES IN UGANDA. Rubatasirwa Kayibanda  bought the top-of-the-range Gulfstream G550 private plane in the same year UK government  ministers gave our  poverty- ravaged country £70million. During the same period Uganda also received around £57million from the UK through the European Union. All these generous donations to Uganda from the UK taxpayer  disappeared into the pockets or rather pot-belly of Rubatasirwa Kayibanda, most of it finding its way to his off shore accounts. The UK Tax Payers Alliance, an organisation that campaigns for better use of tax payer money, is now considering taking Uganda to court to recover the £30 million Rubatasirwa Kayibanda stole to buy his private jet.

Rubatasirwa runs the Ugandan economy like his personal fiefdom and the Bank of Uganda as a personal piggy bank. No wonder even aid money to help with Uganda's shattered economy ends up in his potbelly. Many people are starving in Uganda, but the best that the heartless Rwandan thug can do is to steal British aid money intended to help the poor and to use it to buy an aeroplane for himself.

Uganda now has ZERO rating with the international development assistance community because the donors know any money they send to Uganda will end up in the potbelly of Rubatasirwa and his fat-arsed wife Kataha.

Ugandans are paying a heavy price being misruled by a heartless crook and thief.
