APPEAL TO KABAKA RONALD MUTEBI: JOIN THE CAMPAIGN TO END THE SLAUGHTER OF BAGANDA GIRLS IN THE MUSLIM COUNTRIES.
SLAVERY still exists in the 21ST CENTURY, despite its abolition and criminalisation over 200 years ago in most civilised countries in the world. The evil trade is still very much prevalent in the Muslim countries despite it being an International Law Crime.
Thousands of Ugandan slaves are this very minute still being sold to the Muslim countries where they are abused and horribly mistreated, with the women almost invariably turned into sex slaves from the moment they step foot in a muslim country under the pretext of work..
Between 2005 and 2017, over 890 Ugandan citizens have been murdered by their slave masters in the Arab Muslim countries . MOST ARE MURDERED WHILE RESISTING RAPE. The HEARTLESS and Corrupt Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni regime in Kampala has not bothered to follow up on any of these deaths. Instead, it has signed more agreements with many of these barbaric Muslim countries to send even more slaves to the slaughter.
It seems it is now time for Kabaka Mutebi, reigning monarch of the Buganda Kingdom to intervene to arrest this constant flow of coffins repatriating dead bodies of Baganda girls back to the Kingdom from the muslim countries where the owners have met a brutal, sad but entirely predictable fate. He should not fold his hands and watch just like the rest of us. He has a duty to act, and to try to come up with solutions to this unending tragedy.
It breaks my heart to see Ugandan citizens being murdered on a daily basis as it is now happening in the muslim countries. Nobody cares about these young women, many of them mothers, yet they are our fellow citizens.
Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni and his daughters are major slave dealers, and control the Middle East Slave trafficking route that starts in Uganda and passes through Mombasa port. Kayibanda Rubatasirwa himself is the fat controller or god father of all mafia franchises that operate in this trafficking route. Not much therefore can be expected from Rubatasirwa and his daughters.. They can not be expected to bite the hand that feeds them.
But the Kabaka can try to reach out to naïve and misguided young women and warn them about the dangers of going to the muslim countries. Given his prestige and the respect he holds in his Kingdom, many women would listen to him, if he gave his heart and soul to an appeal to them.. Betty Nambooze, Mukono MP, has already set the ball rolling with a high profile campaign- the Kabaka should add his voice to her appeal. He must not sit on his throne sucking his thumb while his Kingdom bleeds. He has to stand up and be counted.
