{UAH} By close of the Green and Innovative Kampala summit - they had the funding and work plan!

The Friday Africa - French summit conference was lead by an elderly
former French Minister in presence of the H.E. the French Ambassador
to Kampala.
The French Development Agency working with les ateliers headed by the
former French minister and French embassy had been in Uganda for a
month.
Prior to this summit which brought all types of urban development
professionals in the urban development field from around the world had
also recruited some Uganda mayors, physical planners, development
economists, sociologist etc,. and in groups studied Kampala city
inside out.
During that month, they had three groups of specialists coming from
all over the world who studied and came up with proposal on Kampala
City Development.
By close of the green and innovative Kampala summit, they had a work
plan, source of funding and action program on virtually every sector
for Kampala City development.
I was in awe.
Being on the jury and I couldn't hold back to pass every bit of their
recommendation for Kampala City Development, of course with a cry to
involve Uganda Diaspora funding for some of their projects, which to
them was the most intelligent innovative suggestion on inclusive
development.
and because of that they will continue to invite me to many more
summits as an expert on Africa's urban infrastructure planning,
development, investment and funding.
