I think I have set the pace a notch higher.
It is now up to respective Uganda Diasporas Associations to liaise
with UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) to explore how public and
private finance can work together with private money under this
arrangement for Uganda diasporas investors.
This is very good investment vehicle and from a macroeconomics point
of view Urban Infrastructure development under UNCDFDINU would be a
great money cow.
