{UAH} how can we explain this phenomenon?
Under direction I have OBSERVED African professionals and experts can
be exemplary.
I believe therefore, Ugandans in the diasporas should try to link up
with professionals and experts in their respective fields in domicile
countries to propel our country's productive capacities in innovation,
inventions , start-ups and entrepreneur management, administration
and organisation the three variables I have seen running down business
entities here in Uganda.
Sometime back, I started this mathematics group with a math Professor
Mertz in mathematical modelling. They were studying mathematical
modelling on a professional basis.
For instance one time together with a Kenyan girl student I requested
them to produce a model that will stop traffic jams at the Queen's
Clock Tower in Kampala.
They produced two simulated working models based on mathematical calculations!
Before these students graduated, they were hired by banks and
insurance companies in Kampala!
I used the same model I applied on my own children to study ahead of
their class.
