I WILL FIGHT CORRUPTION TO MY BONE MARROW- ANOTHER PORKIE FROM THE VAGINA SHAPED MOUTH OF MAFIA GODFATHER YOSERI KAYIBANDA AKA KAGUTA MUSEVENI.

Yoseri Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni is the most corrupt  and graft-ridden tyrant Africa has produced. The pot-bellied Rwandan's greed and desire for money is insatiable. His middle name is now truly MONEY such is the shocking level of his corruption and the lawless excesses of the feral regime he runs in Uganda. Under Kayibanda Rubatasirwa, Uganda has been turned into a gangster's paradise where corruption, graft, lawlessness and impropriety  rule.

 

Two examples of Rubatasirwa's  recent corruption scandals stand out:

 

1.  Chinese fixer Patrick Ho Chi-Ping was been sentenced to jail for three years by an American court for corruption at the United Nations. Mr Ho was  found by the Court to have bribed several African heads of state, including Idris Debby of Chad and Kayibanda Rubatasirwa Museveni of Uganda. Idris Debby was reportedly given $1,000,000 while the Rwandan outlaw's share in the corrupt deal was a $500,000. Kayibanda Rubatasirwa Museveni later claimed he thought the money was a donation by Mr Ho to be used for charitable purposes, even though Mr Ho delivered  the money personally to him at an official party, packed in gift-wrapped boxes to look like christmas presents, in typical mafia style, and in complete violation of Ugandan foreign currency laws.  Rubatasirwa  Kayibanda Museveni is by virtue of this development a fugitive from American justice. He and his middleman and fellow co-conspirator Sam Kutesa are also in violation of the Penal Code of Uganda relating to  Financial Crimes such as Corruption, Fraud, Abuse Of Office etc, felonies for which we will put them on trial and punish severely  at an appropriate time in the near future.

 

2.    The second Corruption scandal is that of Rubatasirwa Kayibanda's claim that he sold cow hides to China for $5.9 MILLION. Many discerning and alert Ugandans asked where  Rubatasirwa Kayibanda found enough cows to supply hides worth $5.9 million when a hide is conservatively estimated to be worth $10? Where did Rubatasirwa  Kayibanda get 5.9 million cows when a census established that Uganda as a whole had 3 million cows? Rubatarsirwa  kayibanda himself has only 300 cows in his kraal- and he was asking  the Ugandan Inland Revenue Authority to believe that it is from this kraal of 300 cows that  he supplied hides worth $5.9 million.  This was a cock and bull story intended to hide the fact that he had been bribed by yet another Chinese fixer to the tune of $5.9 MILLION and supplying another fig leaf to cover it up became a very natural lie for his vagina shaped mouth to regurgitate.
