An ISIS bride who urged jihadists in America to 'go on drive-bys and spill all of their blood', but now wants to return meets an almost insurmountable road block as she is declared a non US citizen.
Hoda Muthana, 24, An Alabama woman who traveled to Syria in 2014 to join ISIS is not a U.S. citizen because she was born to a Tunisian father with diplomatic status, a judge ruled Thursday, according to BuzzFeed News.
Hoda Muthana left her home in Alabama with her passport in 2014 to join Isis, but the court agreed with the U.S. government argument that she is not a citizen under U.S. and international law, which says children of foreign diplomats born in the U.S. are not US citizens.
Hoda Muthana has made an emotional appeal to Americans to be given a second chance as she and her child are marooned in a Syrian refugee camp since the collapse of the Islamic Caliphate. She has pledged never to leave the borders of the USA again, and has even offered to have her American passport taken away from her and thrown away.
