{UAH} Lamwo, Amuru, Rakayi and Nyowa

Is it possible to turn Rakayi, Lamwo, Amuru and Nyowa due to flatness
and good soils into large mechanised commercial farms with the Dutch,
Germans and Americans in California

I am thinking of growing of; lettuce, spinach, silverbeet, cabbage,
cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli,pumpkin, cucumber, zucchini,
potato, sweet potato, yam, celery and asparagus, onion, garlic,
shallot, carrots, alfalfa, clover, beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils,
lupins, mesquite, carob, soybeans, peanuts, and tamarind.

and beef and milk cows on commercial scale.

With the massive Gulu logistics centre - exports from here are possible

Some people in Sweden and California are interested in commercial farming
