{UAH} Let us have President Ssentamu Kyagulanyi
Let us have President Kyagulanyi Ssentamu. But I am worried because if
he has learnt something from President Museveni he will have send his
brother Eddy Yawe for a crush military Training at Sundhurst and make
him a Special Forces head at Lieutenant Colonel rank.
Will Eddy Yawe be able to keep President Kyagulanyi safe?
In Uganda, it is hard to understand how long a Chief of Defence
Forces, His Chief of Staff, Land Forces, Air Force, Special Operations
Commander have to serve.
I am not really sure how President Kyagulanyi Ssentamu will transition
from UPDF/NRA to a professional armed forces Museveni is still
struggling with.
Suppose that President Kyagulanyi replace Gen David Muhoozi with Gen
Peter Elwelu and make Gen Kasirye Gwanga minister of defence how will
this work out?
What will happen to Gen. Katumba, Gen. Ssejusa, Gen. Otaffire, Gen.
Kale Kaihura, Gen Kainerugaba , Gen. Elly Tumwine then who are still
serving officers?
How will CiC Kyagulanyi handle Gen Charles Angina, Otema Awany and
Nakibus Lakara
Gen. Salim Sahel is no problem he can continue with his operation
wealth creation. and Col Besigye will become minister of foreign
affairs to work with Winnie Byanyima to promote Uganda as a global
AIDS research centre via the UN.
The major problem I see in the future is when defeated Museveni (rt.
General ) and his Basiita clan want to low the cost of herding his
cattle, so that he can sell as much milk and beef in mineral rich
DRCongo and Oil rich South Sudan and beyond.
