CHALLENGES FOR THE RULE OF LAW

USMAN KHAN, the muslim terrorist who murdered two people on London Bridge yesterday, and injured many others, was released early from an 8 year sentence he got for plotting to bomb the London Stock Exchange. Many people ask whether the principles of the Rule of Law should apply to terrorists because Khan should never have been released from jail for the full 8 year term the judge imposed..
