The quickest way out of the African quagmire is to raise consumption
to 60% and this should be targeted to real estate, household,
agriculture, small and medium scale manufacturing.

It is a political landmine but a necessary one since it means 60% of
the population has to be regimented out of structural Poverty and
communities and pegged into demand drive environments
