{UAH} REMEMBERING THE MINER'S STRIKE.

Do you still remember the Great Miner's Strike in the UK that pitted Arthur Scargill against Margaret Thatcher in a life and death struggle? Look who is supporting the miners.  To defeat the miners, Margaret Thatcher had to destroy the entire mining industry in the UK, and in effect end the industrial and manufacturing sector of the UK economy, forcing it to become a finance and serve economy. The Miner's strike was the greatest  and most glorious attempt by the working class in Europe to seize power , since Lenin's Soviet takeover of power in Russia in the October Revolution of 1917.. The working class movement and struggle has never been the same again.

Never forget who supported us miners in the 84/85 strike . Mick one of our admins recalls going on a March and Rally to London during the strike , the speakers were the big guns Scargill , Skinner , Benn , Livingstone , but one speaker stood out for him that day it was Jeremy Corbyn who spoke with a passion and an understanding of why we were on strike .
