I think Ruto's main agenda in his manifesto is "talk about Raila". He's so obsessed. Raila this Raila that. Or he thinks Kenyans eat Raila? Instead of telling citizens what he has done (development-wise) for the past 7 years as DP and what he's planning to do, his work is gossiping another man who doesn't even respond to his shenanigans. What a shame!
