What brand are your legs? I must confess, here in the UK which is a developed country with one of the highest GDPs in the world, no government official is given legs. He or she is expected to LEG his or her arse to the work place without bothering the tax payer. It seems Uganda has arrived at the Middle Income Status earlier than the 20/20 Deadline promised by your Unique Miracle Rubatasirwa.
