The Long Arm Of The Law Finally Catches Up With Brutal Sudanese Tyrant Omar Bashir. Next In Line is The Rwandan Outlaw Yoseri Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni, The Blood-Soaked Monster Is A Mass Murderer With A Larger Skull Count Than Bashir Ever Had.. African Tyrants May Brutalise Their People, But They Must From Now On Be On Notice That Impunity Is No More And Is Firmly Behind Us. Any Tryant Who Murders Or Brutalises His People Will be Forced To Climb To The Bar Of Justice And Give A Full Account Of Their Crimes, No Matter How Long This Takes.. Rubatasirwa Must be Aware We Are Pursuing Him Right Up To The Grave. He Must Have No Illusions About Our Determination To Arrest or Capture Him And Force Him To Account For His Crimes.
