{UAH} Uganda Diasporas can do both: Invest and Manage projects in Uganda and across Africa.
Who is constructing Nakivubo Stadium?
Uganda government is looking for cheap investment funds in its
expanding infrastructure investment projects. Global Political and
financial uncertainty in North America and Europe but also the Middle
East have pushed price for money at its lowest.
In Europe interest rates on commercial loans are negative.
Good for Uganda diasporas?
I will confidently say, that is very good indeed. Why?
What the Indians, Chinese, Europeans and Americans are doing and own
in Uganda is based on Ugandans inability to organize and manage first
and foremost money, and I mean big money.
You have your associations (Banyakigezi, Teso, Acoli, Baganda) – that
is very good for you.
Write to government in Uganda (Matia Kasaija, Emelia Kyambade) ask for
government projects that need funding and use those project proposals
to seek funding from; venture capitalist, impact and equity investors
to get a share of investment in your country.
And may be through your organisations, manage and be part of real
project developers.
Uganda needs Ugandan entrepreneurs and tens of billionaires (Elon
Musk, Zuckerberg, Bezzos, Gates) in the next 10 years.
Africans or the Chinese even if they have the skills, infrastructure
projects in North American or Europe might be funded externally BUT
are done by the natives in those countries.
Uganda Diasporas can do both in Uganda and across Africa.

Subject: What is your Uganda Diasporas Associations Structure?
Organise your Uganda Diasporas Associations; get on your governing board
a. an Investment Banker,
b. a Construction Engineer,
c. Development Economist,
d. a Physical Planner is a must
let that member him or her be an North American, Arab, Chinese or
European it is necessary and advantageous. You act locally but be
international in outlook for your future secure investment and
business prospects.
When I was in Koboko- a board point that makes billions daily this see
the image what I was told. Baganda women who now reside in Arua know
once they set up a restaurant they earn three or four times as much
here!
The question is how your association can be part of Koboko development process?
It is you before you return to this county that can invest and develop
the country with American and European sensibilities.
Own your country.
