{UAH} Who come Rakai

In the beginning of the year I had some work and spent quiet some time
in Rakai villages.

Rakai is very poor and coffee has virtually but collapsed. people here
survive on growing water melons, passion fruits, tomatoes, vanilla,
beans and maize.

Tanzania closed he boarder to traders and banned food traders -
Mutukula Township is equally dead.

Lyantonde is however booming with new buildings and hotels

what can be done to uplift Rakai?

Bwanika
