Are you still scared of the British? Do not be risk averse, confront
the situation with a clear mind of what you want and who you are.
Africans must be resolute and not be cowed by any force.
Avoiding people who some how are better than you are in some aspects
is retrogressive and not the smartest option. You learn nothing from
being an onlooker. I would even suggest you get on Ryan Air and attend
that conference to make your case of the British investing in Greater
Acoli they improvised.
Ever since I left Sweden many of these kinds come to me; to seek
advice, recruit me on their projects, and me recruiting them on
projects of my own preference.
Colonialism worked because our people did not have deeper-seated will,
preferences and yearning.
Militarily, I cannot see any power USA, Europe, China or Russia
manipulating us any more and killing our people. We can as well get
the guns.
Besides, we still need some of these people in management,
administration, organisation and for markets.
Brexit is good for Uganda and Africa but certainly not for us as Europeans.
We have to compromise those two positions I think.
