Can a woman on her monthlies still attain the reward for Laylatul-Qadr even though she cannot pray?

ABSOLUTELY.

Laylatul-Qadr is sought by engaging in any type of worship or obedience of Allaah during these last 10 nights such as:
- Reciting Qur'an
- Dhikr (remembrance of Allaah)
- Duaa (supplication)

This is based on the famous hadeeth of Aishah (ra) where she said, "When the last 10 nights would arrive, the Prophet (saw) would "bring the night to life." [al-Bukhaari & Muslim].

The scholars, among them ibn Hajar said, "bringing the night to life" is not restricted to prayer, rather it includes ALL acts of worship for the Prophet (saw) stayed up in obedience.

Allaah gives the best to those who leave the choice to Him."And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things." (6:17)
