Dr Kizza Besigye the great!
There is no doubt Besigye has be consistent and resilient in the struggle for change in the last 20 years!
In Uganda's opposition since 1996 no leader has demonstrated practical and massive support than KB! Practical in real sense I mean after counting the votes amidst the obvious rigging.
If popularity among the opposition ranks is all we needed to have a President, Dr Kizza Besigye would be the President of the Republic of Uganda not the People's President with no budget to address the country's problems.
However, no one seems to address the real issues why KB is not President! well aware that there both internal and external factors responsible for this!
Any opposition efforts or forces expecting to bring change without a careful analysis, evaluation and a better strategy, is a mere waste of time and a simply a vicious cycle.
Over the years I have observed that many colleagues in opposition don't know why KB is not President or near State House 20 years down the road!
Apparently FDC and Besigye still has a structure that is national in nature and tested that is far better than any other opposition force that can still struggle to bring change but it can't deliver change! mark my words! If Besigye's structure can't others will simply be a pack of trials.
We need to address the real issue why KB is not President with all the practical and massive support exhibited over the years, why MM can't be President, Mao or Bobi Wine now!
I do my honest analysis and evaluation, I don't expect any favors from any politician. Not KB, Bobi, Mao or Muntu. Though I respect and salute them for their contributions to the struggle for change.
