See here Former EU Chief Donald Tusk Sticks Two Fingers In Trump's Back. No American President Has Ever Been Treated With Such Disdain And Disrespect., Even George W Bush, who many people laughed at for having no brains, was not treated the way Trump is being treated. He was accorded the courtesy and respect for a head of state, even by his numerous opponents. This  is not the same with Trump.. He is not accepted as a national leader or head of state and even in the highest circles, he is handled  as you would a A Petulant Or Naughty Child Who is Hanging on to his lollipop despite being overage and   Wants Attention From Mummy. 

America is in a deep hole, and there is no doubt that Trump has caused almost irreparable damage to the institution of the American presidency. It will take another 4 cycles of elections to restore the dignity and respect of the American president after Trump.

The ex-European Council boss Donald Tusk made the cheeky gesture outside the NATO summit in London. As Trump stood in front of him, Tusk pointed two fingers at his back so his hand mimicked a gun.
