Its hurting to see Uganda reduced to this kind of mockery . Hard earned Scarce resources are squandered in a country where we can offer simple social services, why do donors continue lending Uganda money when they see us lamenting over this mockery! The Caricature is busy assessing social needs & relay them to the president, what a circus Uganda is!
