{UAH} KAGAME SEIZES TWEMBAZE GOODS IN DEFIANCE OF RUBATASIRWA.

Here is owl-eyed tyrant  Paul Kagame seizing the goods of Frank Twembaze for contravening Rwandan smuggling and contraband laws. Twembaze is a Rwandan citizen supposedly engaging in legitimate trade as a Rwandan citizen,, but has fallen into the bad books of the owl eyed tyrant from Kigali..

So who actually controls the Tutsi Empire? Is  it the owl-eyed tyrant Kagame or the pot-bellied body-snatcher Rubatasirwa? Who does Frank Twembaze report to?
