{UAH} Lack of Light and Sound Engineering Institute

The above areas are a major complication. There is total lack of sound
(acoustic) building engineers and architects!

People assume you just put lights and speakers anyhow to get a real good thing
Now set up a school to train Light and Sound engineers that can also
those designing theaters and opera houses for Oluyimba Lwawankoko by
Byron Kawadwa (c.1940-1977) .
