Brutal dictator Idi Amin Dada popularised the "Mafuta Mingi", transforming having a swollen tummy as a sign of wealth and prosperity, instead of a serous health hazard. Now his protege Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni is following in his footsteps, except that he has taken Amin Dada's lunatic pre-occupation to new levels: by patenting the "POT BELLY" and making it the signature symbol for NRA success. Amin was fat, but Rubatasirwa has gone one step ahead, by growing a giant potbelly. Anyone who has made any contribution to the NRA cause must be rewarded with a pot belly. The Pot Belly revolution seems to have now reached all the nooks and crannies of Uganda; We are now a country ruled by a bevvy of potbellies lording it over a sea of skeleton thin humanity.
