{UAH} Museveni is to be blamed for people building in wet lands

M7 has failed to gazette the wetlands, it's not rocket science. He sold the wetlands to flower factories. He oversees the city council planning and appoints everyone who is incompetent. May be government should create a fund to compensate and resettle those who settled in the wetlands. Either we act now or we are headed for disaster

Ugandans both rich and poor have made doing things the wrong way a norm because there are no consequences..... in Kenya they recently razed down shopping malls and houses built on gazetted road and environmental reserves without compensation ..... that's how people cannot do the same in future
