Your man Rubatasirwa  has gone bonkers surely. Such a buffoon can not be a president of any country in the world. The likes of President Obote, Mwalimu Nyerere and Mzee Kenyatta must be wondering what happened to the civilised and cultured people they left behind. We are surely finished as a nation. No Ugandan in their right mind would claim any association with this thug.
