Compare this to 1985, the year President Obote was overthrown when it was ranked 79th. The country has been on a downward spiral since under the corrupt and feral mis-rule of the uneducated Rwandan thug Yoseri Rubatasirwa Kayibanda Museveni.. Uganda is predicted to be overtaken by both Mozambique and DR Congo in less than three years time to become the POOREST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD..
