Other countries are appointing young, dynamic and highly educated leaders, but Uganda under the feral and corrupt misrule of 91 year old fart Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni is stuck with old, stone age and uneducated buffoons, some like Janet kataha and Moses Ali who have never put their fat bums on any stool in any school of higher learning.
